“Business Partners” means the investment funds to which Lumira provides investment management or advisory services and their consultants and professional advisors (“Funds”), co-investors with the Funds, Fund investors, the entities in which Lumira or the Funds invest, persons involved in governance of Lumira or Funds, the insurers of Lumira and the Funds, and other persons providing services to Lumira or Funds;
“Lumira”; “Lumira Ventures” and “we/us” means Lumira Capital Investment Management Inc. and its affiliates or associates and their directors, officers, employees, shareholders, consultants and professional advisors; and “our” means belonging to them;
